How To Set Up Table Management
Go to Tables
Open the Tables section from your dashboard and click on the Tables menu.
Create Areas
Click on "Areas" to create dining sections like Ground Floor – AC, Rooftop Lounge, Garden Area or Private Dining.
Add Tables in Each Area
Click "Add Table", choose the area, enter a table code (like T01) and set the seating capacity. Mark the table as Active so it appears in your table view.
Use Table View During Service
Open the Tables screen to see all tables area-wise. Use List, Grid or Layout view and filter by availability to quickly spot free tables.
Manage Orders and KOT from Each Table
From each table card, use options like "Show Order" and "New KOT" to manage orders for that table without searching manually.
Assign Tables for Reservations
When a booking comes in, open the Reservations screen and use "Assign Table" to link the reservation to a specific table before the guest arrives.
