2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
To use Feedo, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. Restaurants and individuals must provide accurate and complete information during signup, including names, mobile numbers, email addresses, restaurant details, and any additional details requested by Feedo. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, POS PINs, staff accounts, and role-based permissions configured in the system. Feedo shall not be responsible for unauthorized use of accounts, internal misuse by staff, or operations conducted through the account by individuals granted access by the restaurant.
3. Description of Services

4. User Data and Operational Content
Restaurants may upload, store, or transmit operational data, including menu items, pricing, images, table layouts, area names, KOT notes, order history, customer details entered voluntarily, tax configurations, staff names, attendance logs, recipe or stock details, and other business-specific information. Feedo does not claim ownership of this data but requires permission to store, process, and use such data as necessary to operate the Services. Restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy of operational information entered into the system and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws when handling customer data, including customer phone numbers or addresses entered for fulfilling an order.
5. Subscription Plans, Payments and Billing
Access to Feedo’s Services may require subscription payments depending on the chosen plan. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms or promotional pricing may vary. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Feedo or the integrated payment gateway to charge the applicable subscription fees. Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access, downgraded features, or suspension of the account. Feedo reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or introduce new charges with prior notice. Restaurants are responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains active and valid. Feedo does not store payment credentials; billing is processed by third-party payment gateways selected by the business or used for Feedo’s subscription system.
6. Service Availability, Modifications and Maintenance
Feedo aims to provide continuous and reliable Services, but uptime is subject to internet availability, third-party hosting services, scheduled maintenance, updates, server load, and external factors beyond Feedo’s control. Feedo may conduct maintenance or updates at any time, which may temporarily interrupt features. Feedo shall not be held liable for downtime, delays, data sync issues, or interruptions due to technical, infrastructural, or third-party dependencies. Feedo may modify or discontinue features, interfaces, modules, or functionalities as necessary to improve performance, maintain compliance, or enhance security.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Feedo may integrate with third-party SMS gateways, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, printers, KOT devices, or external systems that enable the operation of POS, online ordering, QR menus, or subscription workflows. Such third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, compliance obligations and fees. Feedo does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, reliability, pricing, data handling, or failures of any third-party integration. Users acknowledge that enabling such integrations is at their discretion and responsibility.
8. Prohibited Uses
Users may not misuse Feedo’s Services. Prohibited activities include reverse-engineering, attempting to access restricted content without authorization, introducing malicious code, modifying or interfering with service operation, misrepresenting business information, using Feedo for illegal activities, operating fraudulent ordering operations, sending unauthorized communications, bypassing subscription fees, tampering with staff permissions, or exploiting system vulnerabilities. Feedo reserves the right to investigate violations, suspend accounts, restrict access, or report unlawful activities to authorities.
9. Data Security, Backups and Confidentiality
Feedo implements reasonable industry measures to secure user data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse. This includes encrypted communications, server protections, authentication layers, and periodic audits. However, users acknowledge that no digital system is entirely immune to breaches. Restaurants must maintain strong passwords, restrict staff access responsibly, manage user roles carefully, and ensure devices running Feedo’s POS or dashboards are secure. Feedo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, leaked passwords, misconfigured staff roles, or compromised devices.
Feedo may maintain backups of operational data to ensure continuity but does not guarantee recovery of deleted or overwritten data. Restaurants are responsible for exporting and maintaining their own business records as required under applicable laws.

Users may access and use the platform solely for their internal business operations. Users may not copy, replicate, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of Feedo without written permission.
11. Termination and Suspension
Feedo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate user access to the Services if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, payment obligations are unmet, or if Feedo determines that continued access poses security or compliance risks. Users may discontinue their account at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods except as explicitly described in Feedo’s refund policy. Upon termination, Feedo may retain certain operational data as required by law or for legitimate business continuity.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, operational delays, errors in billing, issues arising from third-party integrations, or device incompatibilities. Feedo’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user during the preceding three months. Users acknowledge that the Feedo platform operates on software-dependent services and accept reasonable limitations associated with such technologies.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Feedo, its team members, affiliates, developers, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, breach of applicable laws, or unauthorized access conducted through the user’s account or devices.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, or the use of the Services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and authorities situated in India. Users agree to attempt resolving issues informally before escalating disputes.
