By subscribing to Feedo or making any payment through https://feedo.in
or any related interface, the user (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “restaurant”) acknowledges and agrees that all payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds shall be governed by the terms described in this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of Feedo’s Terms and Conditions and must be read together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Subscription-Based Services
Feedo operates on a subscription model where access to premium features, modules, and POS tools may require payment of recurring subscription fees. Subscription fees may be charged monthly, yearly, or according to any other billing cycle offered by Feedo. By initiating a subscription, the user agrees to be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy. Subscription fees are payable in advance and grant access to the Services for the duration of the billing cycle.
2. No Refunds for Paid Subscription Periods
All subscription fees paid to Feedo are non-refundable, regardless of usage level, feature activation, or continued access during the subscription term. Once payment is successfully completed, Feedo does not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, pro-rated returns, or reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to:
service discontinuation by the user,
restaurant closure or temporary inactivity,
technical issues arising from user devices or internet connectivity,
incorrect plan selection by the user,
non-usage of the Services after payment,
changes in business circumstances,
staff-related errors,
user dissatisfaction not arising from a verified system-wide fault.

Users acknowledge that subscription payments secure access to digital tools and operational software which cannot be returned once provisioned.
3. Free Trial, Promotional Periods and Trial Expiry
Feedo may offer a free trial or promotional access period at its discretion. Trials are intended to allow users to evaluate the Services before purchasing a subscription. Once the trial period ends, continued access will require payment of the applicable subscription fee. No refunds or extensions will be provided for expired trials, unused trial days, or expired promotional access. Feedo may modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time without notice.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing the appropriate settings within the Feedo dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to any refund for previously paid subscription fees. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the active billing period, after which the account may be downgraded, restricted, or suspended depending on available free features or plan limitations.
Cancellation does not automatically delete account data. Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their business information prior to cancellation if required for compliance or recordkeeping.
5. Service Downtime, Technical Issues or Outages
Feedo strives to provide reliable Services; however, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure issues, internet service provider limitations, hardware failures, or circumstances outside Feedo’s control. Downtime or technical interruptions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.
Users acknowledge that continuous uptime cannot be guaranteed and accept reasonable interruptions inherent to cloud-based software.
6. Payment Gateway Fees and Transaction Issues
Payments for Feedo subscriptions are processed through integrated third-party payment gateways. Gateway charges, processing delays, failed transactions, reversal issues or payment disputes fall under the terms of the respective payment gateway provider. Feedo does not control or influence gateway fees, bank charges, settlement timelines, or reversal mechanisms.
If a transaction fails while the amount is debited from your account, the issue must be raised with the payment gateway or issuing bank. Feedo will provide reasonable assistance but shall not be held liable for delays or failures in payment reversal.
7. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment or is charged incorrectly due to a technical error verified by Feedo, the user may contact Feedo support with valid payment proof. Feedo will review such claims and, if confirmed, may issue a refund or credit at Feedo’s sole discretion. Claims that cannot be verified or that arise from user error, misunderstanding, or misuse will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund approval for such cases is not guaranteed and will be processed only after internal verification.
8. Non-Transferability of Subscription
Paid subscriptions, credits, or access rights to Feedo Services are non-transferable and cannot be assigned, sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual or business. Subscription plans are tied to the specific restaurant account created during signup.
9. Discontinuation or Modification of Services
Feedo reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any feature, module, interface, or functionality at any time. Such changes may be part of product improvement, compliance adjustments, performance enhancements, or technical restructuring. Users are not entitled to refunds or compensation for modifications or removal of features.
Feedo may also upgrade or migrate its systems, during which temporary limitations may occur. These do not constitute grounds for refunds.
10. Termination by Feedo
Feedo may suspend or terminate access if:
you violate the Terms and Conditions,
fraudulent activity is detected,
payment obligations remain outstanding,
misuse or abuse of the platform occurs,
your actions pose security or operational risks.
